Implementation

Online Purchases

If you have bought training via the on line store, implementation will be automatic. You will be sent an e-mail automatically which will explain the implementation process. You will be given administration rights to allocate the courses you have bought, as you see fit, to your staff. This process works very well for purchases of up to 50 courses. If you are purchasing more than 50 courses, please call us and we will assist you with the purchase and implementation.

Account Manager

If you intend to purchase more than 50 courses, please contact us for assistance. We will provide comprehensive support during the entire process of implementing online training. An account manager talks you through every step in the process, and provides you with a single point of contact for any enquiries you may have. The e-learning process is dynamic for users and for those charged with knowledge transfer. Rules and regulations that drive Policies and Prcedures and hence a great deal of training are constantly changing; we expect to develop a working relationship which caters for continiuous up-dating of content and functions. This is usually carried out on an annual subscription basis.

Account Manager

The cost of implementation can be included in subscription, and includes:

  • Planning and advice prior to implementation to addressing common problems
  • Creation of user accounts and, where appropriate, distribution of usernames and passwords to end users
  • Generation of course plans and allocation of course plans to groups
  • Creation of groups and allocating roles in those groups (i.e., identifying supervisors and giving them reporting access)
  • Provision of ongoing technical support
  • Assistance with promoting the service in context of change management

Your Learning Portal

regis: ctv e3Learning can develop unique online learning portals to reflect each organisation’s logo and branding. This “web skin” is a customised appearance that is designed with your input and to your organisation’s requirements. Once designed, your learning portal is then accessed using a web address unique to your organisation:

http://yourorganisation.e3learning.com.au

This service is included at no cost as part of a minimum course subscription, but can also be purchased separately.

Setting Up

Accounts and groups of learners who require access to the online training are provided with a unique username and password, and this forms the basis of each account. The details are stored on the LMS, and everything that the learner does while logged into LearnForce is recorded against this username.

User accounts can be organised into one or more groups, which provides a way of organising the user accounts into a clear structure. The group structure used will normally match the group structure within your organisation. This means that groups on the LMS will match the locations, branches, departments or project groups in place in your organisation, making reporting on individuals and groups a much more straight forward process.

Setting Up

Group structures are created by an regis: ctv account manager according to your directions. This includes the creation of administrator accounts for each group.

Using  the LMS, administratorcan view other users’ training activity, modify their details and perform reports on the group as a whole. Administrators will generally be supervisors, managers, training administrators and those more senior with an organisation.

Support

regis: ctv and e3 provide second level technical support for the duration of your organisation’s course LMS subscriptions. A growing range of tools are available within LearnForce (e3Learning’s Learning Management System).

Support

Each organisation’s requirements for the creation of new accounts and management of training records will be different, and your account manager will work with you to identify an effective dynamic system. This will often involve a representative of your organisation being provided with the ability to manage and generate new accounts.
